These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website digitowls.ai (hereinafter "the Site"), published by digitowls Inc., a corporation incorporated in Quebec, with its head office at WeWork, Suite 400, 3 Place Ville Marie, Montreal, H3B 2E3, QC, Canada. By accessing the Site, the user accepts these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept these conditions, please immediately cease all use of the Site.

Description of Services

digitowls is an artificial intelligence consulting firm. The Site is intended to present the services offered by digitowls, including:

The information presented on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer. The specific terms of each service are subject to a separate contract between digitowls and the client.

Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. digitowls uses all reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the Site, but cannot be held responsible for any interruption, suspension or temporary or permanent modification of the Site, for any reason whatsoever.

The user is responsible for their computer equipment, Internet connection and any costs associated with accessing the Site.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, videos, software, databases, site architecture, etc.) are the exclusive property of digitowls Inc. or its partners and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized use of the Site or its content will be considered as constituting infringement and prosecuted in accordance with applicable laws.

• Attempting unauthorized access to digitowls' computer systems;

Contact Form and Data

The Site provides a contact form allowing users to submit a request. The data collected (name, email, company, job title, industry, phone, subject and message) is transmitted to digitowls and recorded in its customer relationship management system (HubSpot CRM) for commercial follow-up purposes.

The processing of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from the link at the bottom of each page of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

The information published on the Site is provided "as is" and for informational purposes only. digitowls endeavors to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the published content.
